NAIMH


Naimh is an elegant, hip-length cardigan with a deep V-neckline and front pockets. Featuring beautifully tailored shaping at the neckline and raglan sleeves, subtly graphic stitch patterning, and a classic, wear-with-everything silhouette, Naimh is destined to become a staple in more than a few handmade wardrobes. This size-inclusive raglan-sleeved cardigan is designed in Hudson + West Co. Weld, and is worked flat in pieces and seamed.

MATERIALS 
1695 (1860, 2000, 2155, 2330) (2500, 2600, 2800, 2945, 3115) yards [1550 (1700, 1830, 1970, 2130) (2285, 2375, 2560, 2695, 2850) meters] of fingering weight yarn required.
9 (10, 10, 11, 12) (13, 13, 14, 15, 16) skeins Hudson +West Co. Weld (70% American Merino wool, 30% American Corriedale wool; 200 yards [183 meters] per 50 gram skein; photographed in color Gold Leaf.

GAUGE 
32 stitches & 37 rows = 4″ [10 cm] in 2x2 Rib on Size A needle, after blocking

SUGGESTED NEEDLES 
Size A (for Main Fabric)
One 40″ [100 cm] circular needle in size needed to obtain gauge listed
Suggested Size: US 3 / 3.25 mm

Size B (for Button Band and (optional) Tubular Cast On)
One 48″ [120 cm] circular needle, one size smaller than Size A
Suggested Size: US 2 / 2.75 mm

NOTIONS
Five 3/4” [2 cm] buttons, stitch markers or locking stitch markers, waste yarn, tapestry needle, spare circular needle for pocket join.
